Most of us might have seen and used various filters in Snapchat, emojis, GIFs, and stickers to express our emotions when we send a message. But never have we seen an emoji which mimics our voice and actions. With the new flagship iPhone X, Apple is introducing a new feature called Animoji in iOS 11 which animates an emoji with your facial expressions and voice.
Animoji will use True Depth Camera to scan your face which can analyze more than 50 different muscle movements to create custom 3D versions.
Animoji can be created and shared directly within the Apple Messages app for iOS 11. It will immediately pick up your facial expressions, voice and animates accordingly. You also have the option to edit an emoji in full screen by swiping up the screen. The recipients will receive the animoji as a looping video with audio like a GIF. With the animated emojis, you can create custom animated emojis to send them as messages. There are a dozen emojis available to pick such as monkey, panda, rabbit, chicken, robot, cat, dog, alien, fox, poop, pig and unicorn and create an animoji in iPhone X. Animoji is an innovative and fun feature introduced by Apple to play with.
Apple’s iPhone X is available in two storage configurations — 64GB for $999(Rs 89,000), and 256GB for $1,149(Rs 102,000). Preorders will start on October 27th and its shipping would set to start on November 3rd.
