Apple announced 3 new phones iPhone X, iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 plus at Apple event yesterday that took place at Steve Jobs Theatre. Well, the star of the show was definitely its new flagship phone iPhone X with iOS 11 operating system, all screen bezel less design, OLED Screen, Facial Mapping technology. Apparently, iPhone X is also called iPhone 10. Apple also revealed the Apple Watch Series 3 and the Apple TV 4K along with iPhone X, 8 and 8 plus.

Features
1. All Screen display
The iPhone X display has a curved design with rounded corners which are within a standard rectangle. The screen is a 5.85-inch organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display panel with 2436 x 1125 and support for HDR (both Dolby Vision and HDR10). OLED screen is responsible for the display of accurate colors, true blacks, high brightness and a 1,000,000 to 1 contrast ratio. It has a surgical stainless steel glass both front and back which is both dust and water resistance.
2. Adaptive Face ID replaces Home Button
Apple removed the home button. It uses Face Id which is a secure 3D scanning system to unlock and authenticate the phone using facial recognition or you can just swipe up from the bottom to navigate to home. With Machine learning, the Face ID can recognize and adapt to the physical changes in the appearance of a person over time.
3. Potrait Mode Selfies and Portrait Lighting
A camera which takes perfect pictures is all we wish for. Not only the rear camera but with the front camera also you can take a selfie with depth effect. Get amazing selfies with sharp foregrounds and blurred backgrounds. If you aren’t impressed with the original picture you can take pictures or edit images like a pro with the all new studio quality lighting effects like studio light, stage light, stage light mono and contour light.
4. Animojis
One more new feature introduced in this flagship phone is Animojis. The TrueDepth camera analyses different muscle movements of your face and mirrors your expressions. These animojis are available for 12 emojis.
5. Dual 12MP Cameras
The iPhone X has dual 12 MP rear camera with dual optical image stabilization(OIS) and the fast lenses take better photos and videos in low light. The wide angle (f/1.8) aperture and telephoto (f/2.8) aperture cameras can zoom up to 10x for photos and 6x for videos.
6. Wireless Charging
With the wireless charging feature, no charging cable is required for the charging. You can charge your phone with mats and wireless charging stations anywhere around the world. Apple also introduced its new AirPower mat to charge iPhone X, Apple Watch Series 3, and AirPods simultaneously. Although the charging pad won’t be out until next year.
7. Faster CPU
The all new iPhone X comes with a powerful and smartest A11 Bionic chip. Its neural engine is capable of performing up to 600 billion operations per second. With the four cores, its CPU is 70 percent faster, two core is 25 percent faster and three core GPU is 30 percent faster than the A10 Fusion. The battery lasts two hours longer than the iPhone 7 between the charges.
The iPhone X comes in two colors silver and space gray. The phone is available in two storage configurations — 64GB for $999(Rs 89,000), and 256GB for $1,149(Rs 102,000). Preorders will start on October 27th and its shipping would set to start on November 3rd.
