Asides from giving insight to potential customers, a good customer review offers feedback that can help the company know and work on its flaws. Offer your perspective on what you think the company is doing well along with details on which aspects they should improve.
4. Don’t Include Any Personal Information
As much as possible, you shouldn’t provide any identifying information in your review. This includes addresses, names, and phone numbers.
