Microsoft is going to release its Surface Precision Mouse this week. And it looks totally different and pretty much better from the plain old Surface Mouse.
One great thing about the device is it makes our lives easy by controlling three mouses simultaneously. Once you configure the mouse using Mouse software and Microsoft keyboard, all you need to do is shift your mouse pointer through the edge of the screen to another PC.
However, this feature has existed for years and can be achieved using third party software to operate multiple computers using a single mouse. But the process of connecting is easier using the SPM.

Along with the new design, Microsoft adds 3 new customizable buttons which can do things such as launch programs, execute macros or save documents after programmed them. These buttons fall right under the thumb and at a distance where they can’t be clicked accidentally.
Connecting the Surface Precision Mouse can be done using a USB or via Bluetooth. There are few limitations when it comes to the compatibility. While Windows 10 Home, Windows 10 Pro, Windows 8.1 are fully customizable, Windows 7 and Macs can be connected via USB mode only and the Android devices will connect through Bluetooth only.
Due to the unavailability of Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard software on Windows 10S and Mac OSX OS, customizable buttons and controlling multiple PC’s feature isn’t available in them.
