  • You should engage in aerobic activity equivalent to 20 minutes daily that may encompass outdoor running or high-intensity activities like jumping jacks. 
  • In terms of dieting, ensure that you take healthy portions of vegetables, proteins, and fats. 
  • The urge to eat unhealthy foods while studying may become irresistible, but these foods can make you weak since they drain your energy, while some stimulants do let you ‘crash’ after their effects wear off too. 
  • There is more than just sport and eating. You can try to meditate, take a bath, and listen to music.

Ask for Help When Needed

Besides what has been given in the tips above, have a good support system. If you are anxious and unsure about things, reach out to your friends and parents for assistance and if you are finding it hard to keep yourself on track, also ask them for help.

Friends and family can help hold you accountable in school just like your teachers along with other education professionals. It is always important to realize that you are not alone, particularly when studying from home.
