How To Install Cinema HD on Firestick

If you’re looking for a streaming application for movies and TV shows, you may want to check out Cinema HD. It’s an APK that can be installed and used on most—if not all—devices that run on Android. You can rest assured that with Cinema HD, you won’t run out of content to watch because the developers are always updating the app and adding new shows and movies.

Cinema HD is considered by many to be one of the most popular streaming apps out there, especially since Terrarium TV is no longer working. You can even integrate your Real-Debrid account to amp up your streaming experience. The only catch is that there’s no way for you to officially download Cinema HD through your device’s designated App Store. In other words, you’ll have to sideload the app or download it through third-party ways.

This may seem like an intimidating process, but it’s actually fairly easy. Below you’ll find a step-by-step guide on how to install Cinema HD on Firestick. Follow the steps carefully and you shouldn’t run into any issues.

In order for you to sideload apps to your Firestick, you need to enable Unknown Sources in your Settings first. To do so, head over to your device’s Settings page.

Select My Fire TV near the end of the list of menu options.

Tap on the Developer Options tab underneath the About page.

Enable Apps from Unknown Sources. If you haven’t changed it before, this option is usually turned off as a default. Simply click on it to turn it on.

Click Turn On to confirm the change.

Now that this important step has been ensured, head back to your device’s home screen and click on the Search icon.

Search for the Downloader app.

Once you’ve found the right app, click on it to be redirected to its download page.

Tap the Download button and once the installation process is complete, open the app.

At this point, you can proceed to the actual process of installing Cinema HD. Upon launching the Downloader app for the first time, you’ll see this prompt. Click Allow.

Tap OK.

On the Downloader app’s home page, click on the search bar where you can type in a URL.

Using your device’s on-screen keyboard, type in the URL: troypoint.com/cinema. Click Go.

Click Install.

After it has finished installing, tap Done.

At this point, you won’t need the file anymore. Go ahead and tap Delete to free up some storage.

Tap Delete again to confirm.

Return to your Firestick’s home screen. Head over to the Apps & Channels section and click See All.

Scroll down to the bottom of the list to find the Cinema HD app. You can open the app from there, or rearrange your list of apps (if you want to).

Since it will be your first time launching the Cinema HD app, you’ll see this prompt. Tap Allow.

Click Accept once you see this prompt.

Tap the OK button.

You’re good to go! You’ve officially installed Cinema HD on Firestick, and you can go ahead and stream all the movies and shows you want.

Conclusion

Outside of streaming movies or TV shows, Cinema HD also allows you to download content to your heart’s content. Although, it’s highly recommended that you use a VPN if you want to download movies, as this can help wipe away your digital footprint and protect your identity.

You can also integrate an external video player like MX Player with your device if you want to make use of features that would otherwise be unavailable, such as the ability to add subtitles.
